1. HANDMADE PRODUCTS

All products sold by STUDIO JAIKLU are handmade. This means that variations in color, shape, and design may occur between individual products. These variations are not considered defects but are part of the unique characteristics of handmade items.

1.2 Custom Orders
Custom-made products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. For inquiries about custom orders, please contact us at info@studiojaiklu.com.

2. ONLINE STORE TERMS

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

You agree not to use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purposes or to violate any laws in your jurisdiction while using the Service.

3. PAYMENT TERMS

4. SHIPPING POLICY

4.1 Shipping Locations
We currently ship within Canada only.

4.2 Shipping Times
Orders are processed within 3 business days. Delivery typically takes 7–10 business days after shipping, but this may vary depending on the courier’s conditions.

4.3 Damaged Products
If a product arrives damaged, please contact us at info@studiojaiklu.com within 48 hours of receiving the product to arrange for an exchange or refund.

5. LIABILITY LIMITATIONS

5.1 Candle Usage
STUDIO JAIKLU assumes no legal liability for any property damage (including partial or total destruction of a building), personal injury (including serious injury or accidental death), or fire incidents caused by improper use of candles. 5.2 Bath Bomb Usage
STUDIO JAIKLU assumes no legal liability for any skin reactions, allergic responses, bodily harm, or other issues (including accidental injury or death) caused by the use of our bath bombs. 5.3 Customer Responsibility
Products must be used as directed. Misuse of products or failure to follow safety guidelines is at the customer’s own risk.

6. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

All products sold by STUDIO JAIKLU are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Please ensure that you carefully review your order before making a purchase.

7. MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICE

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the Service, including prices, without notice. Changes take immediate effect upon posting to the site.
