- We currently ship exclusively within Canada.
- If you reside outside of Canada and wish to place an order, please contact us at info@studiojaiklu.com to inquire about possible international shipping arrangements.
2. Order Processing Time
- Standard Processing : Most orders are processed and packed within 3 business days.
- Peak Seasons : During high-volume periods or holidays, processing may take 3–7 business days.
- As all our products are thoughtfully handcrafted and poured in small batches, processing times may vary slightly depending on item availability.
3. Shipping Time
- Once your order is shipped, delivery typically takes 7–10 business days, depending on the shipping carrier and your specific location within Canada.
- Please note that delivery windows are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as statutory holidays, severe weather conditions, or unexpected carrier delays.
4. Shipping Costs
- Free Shipping : Available for all qualifying orders over $99 CAD (before taxes and after discounts).

Standard Shipping : For orders under $99 CAD, shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the package weight and destination.
5. Damaged or Lost Packages

Damaged Packages : If your order arrives damaged during transit, please contact us at info@studiojaiklu.com within 48 hours of delivery. To help us resolve this quickly, please include:
- Your Order Number
- Clear photos of the damaged product AND the external shipping box/packaging
- A brief description of the issue
- Lost Packages : If your package does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, please reach out to us. We will gladly assist you in tracking your shipment or filing an inquiry with the carrier.
6. Shipping Address
- Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. STUDIO JAIKLU is not responsible for packages that are undeliverable or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address info.
- If you notice an error, contact us immediately at info@studiojaiklu.com. Address corrections can only be accommodated if your order has not yet been shipped.
7. Shipping Carriers
- We partner with reliable shipping carriers to ensure safe transit. Once your package is on its way, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

- STUDIO JAIKLU is not liable for delivery delays caused by shipping carriers, natural disasters, customs clearings, or other unforeseen external circumstances. While we make every effort to ensure timely arrival, certain transport factors remain beyond our control.
