At STUDIO JAIKLU, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our handmade products. Each item is carefully inspected before being shipped to you.
All sales are final. Refunds or exchanges are not accepted except in cases of damaged or defective items.
1. General Policy
- No returns, refunds, or exchanges: We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for any product once purchased.
- Custom orders: Products that are custom-made to your specifications cannot be refunded or exchanged under any circumstances.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item by emailing info@studiojaiklu.com. Include the following information:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Photos of the damaged or defective product and packaging

Resolution: After reviewing the issue, we will provide one of the following resolutions:
- A replacement product (if stock is available)
- A refund to your original payment method
- Store credit for future purchases
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened bath bombs and partially burned candles cannot be returned or refunded.
4. Order Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement by contacting us at info@studiojaiklu.com.
- After 24 hours, cancellations cannot be processed as the order will have entered the preparation phase.
5. Refund Process
If your return or refund request is approved for a damaged or defective product:
- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected the item.
- If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
- If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund and you have not received it, please contact us at info@studiojaiklu.com.
6. Exchanges
For exchanges, we recommend placing a new order for the desired item after your return for the original purchase is accepted.
