At STUDIO JAIKLU, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our handmade products. Each item is carefully inspected before being shipped to you.

All sales are final. Due to the artisanal nature of our small-batch production, refunds, returns, or exchanges are not accepted except in verified cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Please review this policy carefully before placing your order.


1. General Policy

  • No Returns or Exchanges : We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or personal preference once a purchase is completed.
  • Custom Orders : Products that are custom-made to your specific specifications cannot be refunded, canceled, or exchanged under any circumstances.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged during transit, possesses a manufacturing defect, or if you receive the wrong item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us : Notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@studiojaiklu.com. To help us process your claim efficiently, please include:
    • Your Order Number
    • A brief description of the issue
    • Clear photos of the damaged/defective product AND the packaging it arrived in
  2. Resolution : After reviewing your claim, we will provide one of the following solutions at our discretion:
    • A replacement product (subject to stock availability)
    • A full refund to your original payment method

3. Opened & Used Items

For safety and product integrity reasons, certain items are strictly ineligible for any exception. Used lifestyle products or partially burned candles cannot be returned, refunded, or replaced under any circumstances.


4. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement by contacting us immediately at info@studiojaiklu.com.
  • After this 24-hour window, cancellations cannot be processed or accommodated, as your order will have already entered our production and packing phase.

5. Refund Process

Once your refund request for a damaged or defective item is approved:

  • A refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. (Please note that for verified defective/damaged orders, the original shipping fee will also be refunded).
  • Please be aware that it may take additional processing time for your financial institution or credit card company to officially post the refund to your account.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval and you have not yet received it, please contact us immediately at info@studiojaiklu.com.

6. Legal Disclaimer

STUDIO JAIKLU reserves the right to deny refunds, returns, or replacements if the claim does not strictly meet the conditions stated in this policy or if the request is made past the 48-hour notification window. By completing a purchase on our website, you agree to the terms of this Refund & Return Policy.
